I would like to introduce the new focus of Style by Chels:

I have decided to go in a new direction for this blog. I decided that I was no longer going to focus on just expressing my personal style and tips, but I am going to make this blog a journal expressing some of my everyday circumstances. Meaning, I will post facial remedies I experiment with, fashion advice or inspiration, make up tips, and fitness. Fitness will include some of my favorite everyday workouts, nutrition tips I have experienced along my path of paleo dieting, gym look inspiration, my favorite gym clothing brands and why, and fun apps and websites I use to track all my workouts.

Today's post will simply be a fashion inspirational look. Today, I am wearing a look I wore throughout the week at the office. This look is simple, comfortable, and professional for a business casual attire. I have had my eye on these booties for about a year. I first spotted Walk in Wonderland post them for some spring looks. When I saw them in Miami's number one outlet mall, I was overly excited. They were 75% off!

Holiday Sweater

Christmas tree shopping in a festive holiday sweater purchased at H&M a few years ago while visiting Times Square. This Christmas like sweater brings in that holiday feeling, despite our South Floridian weather. I paired the sweater with my favorite denim high rise shorts from Pacsun that you have seen in many of my looks. These shorts go so well with everything that they make it really hard not to wear them. 

You can find similar sweaters at Forever 21, Target, Urban Outfitters, and Old Navy. And if you are looking for Ugly Christmas Sweaters, I would check out Target and Kmart.

Pumpkin Patch

Today we stopped by a Pumpkin Patch in Lexington, South Carolina. I had a blast picking out pumpkins for our front porch. This state has so many great qualities!

Exploring South Carolina

The worst part of growing up is when most of your friends move out of your hometown. But the good thing is that you have reason to travel. This good friend of mine is has been my photographer since day one. She was my inspiration and encouragement to start this blog. If it wasn't for her confidence in me, I wouldn't be where I am today. Today she took us around her favorite parts of South Carolina. Driving is always a pretty ride, the buildings are so country like, and the sunsets are to die for. I could go on and on, on how beautiful that state really is. 

The outfit I wore to explore this beautiful state was a casual, comfortable look. It was very breezy but a bit warm during the afternoon so boots, leggings, and a tank top seemed justifiable.
