Live fast. Die young. Be wild. And have fun.
I believe in the country America used to be.
I believe in the person I want to become.
I believe in the freedom of the open road.
And my motto is the same as ever:
"I believe in the kindness of strangers. And when I'm at war with myself I ride, I just ride.

girls and graffiti

Chelsea.

My look is really easy to put together. You just need a basic color muscle tee, high waisted shorts, and a button down. The shirt tied around your waist can/should be plaid or chambray button down, or a plain  color cotton, long sleeve. For shoes, you can dress it up by wearing gladiator sandals, or you can keep it casual with a pair of sneakers. Today, I decided to wear my favorite sneaker wedges from Ash Shoes.

Quick Tip: When ever you feel like your outfit is too simple or basic, that's a good thing! All you need is a cute handbag; or a brighter/darker shade of lipstick, and paint your nails! These little things can make your look so much more than just thereRemember: less is more!!!

Ale.

Ale's look is a mix of that vintage pin up look with today's modern style. Which is basically what style is today. Her chambray crop top expresses that 40's look, while the white pants bring today's modern look.

Elyse.

Today, Elyse wore the boots paired with a muscle tee and distressed shorts. I love this mix because all the pieces are individually edgy and it's an easy look to put together.

Fashion Forward: Part Two

Photography by: Melissa Gardipee

Today was the second day working on Fashion Forward with Melissa. This time my other friend Jenny came and we pretended to meet each other to go shopping and what not. It was really fun! At the last shoot I was terrible at acting but when I'm paired with this crazy girl I didn't have a problem taking this job seriously. It was super fun! Check out the rest of the pictures here. Outfit summary below!

I love mixing a sporty look with a girly look. I'm a huge fan of old t-shirts, especially when they display a band or american flag. And I've actually had this tank top for years; it's probably from Hot Topic or something. I really want boyfriend jeans but I haven't found the perfect pair, so I just folded up the ends of these and made them look like boyfriend jeans! And to make the outfit girly I wore my new heels from Zara and this Celine inspired bag at Just Fab (which I got for 50% off.)

Fashion Forward: Part One

 Photography by: Melissa Garidpee

So my best friend Melissa is working on a project for a photography class and asked me if I could meet her at the mall after work and take some pictures of me waiting for a friend. We had so much fun putting me in different places in this new section of the mall. It was seriously so random and that made it so much more fun. I could not stop laughing the whole time despite my serious faces. My outfit was not planned for a shoot but thank god I dressed cute that day! I was feeling very spontaneous in the morning, I suppose.
More pieces of the project coming soon! Make sure to check out Melissa's page :)
