I've Got The Blues

Today I came to Dadeland Mall for the first time in months and it feels like I haven't been here in years. There are so many new shops and restaurants I can't wait to try them all! Especially Earl's Kitchen & Bar! 

I love shopping on Ebay for accessories. Especially for statement pieces. Search for "acrylic fashion necklace" and you'll find great deals with hundreds of pieces to choose from. Sometimes, I find pieces sold at Hautelook for a third of the price. I also bought my ring set from Ebay for $2.  The necklace was about $4. The bracelet I'm wearing is from Charlotte Russe.

White, Navy, and Brown

I really love the white, navy, and brown combination. Today I wore all white with a navy blue blazer and a pop of pink from the necklace. My Longchamp Le Pliage tote bag is my favorite bag in my closet. It practically weighs nothing, it goes great with any casual outfit, and its the perfect bag to use during the week. I want to buy a red one soon. They are seriously my favorite travel bags.

White & Black

A busy city comes with a busy life style. And it isn't always easy to fit in things you want to do rather than have to do. I constantly tell myself to take advantage of the city I live in so today I went to lunch at Calamari in Coconut Grove. 

As I've mentioned in the last few posts, I've tried to arrange outfits that can fit in our everyday lives. I love wearing all white. In my opinion, every closet should have these staple pieces: white denim, a loose white blouse, black pointed heels, and a blazer (the more colors, the better.) And since black and white is such a basic color arrangement, I threw in a pop of color with my lipstick: Ruby Woo by Mac.

Hello September

Fall is my favorite time of year! I love Sweater Weather (even though we don't really get to enjoy it down here!) Wearing a sweater and jeans is one of my favorite styles. I would probably wear a cardigan every day if I didn't have to worry about this tropic weather. But despite this heat, its September and its time to bring out all the jackets I can find! I feel really comfortable wearing really casual outfits like this so I add a jacket or blazer to dress it up. This look is really easy to put together and you can never go wrong with jeans and a blazer.
